“I singled out teachers’ workload as my number one concern” Damian Hinds, TES, 10 January 2019*
Teachers’ workload is certainly top of the agenda for many in the education sector. Here at EES for Schools, we know you and your staff are stretched more than ever with increasing workloads, which is why we’re hosting FREE Manage your Workload Conferences across Essex, packed with tips from industry experts on easing your workload, managing pressures and being a highly-effective school.
These conferences will include informative talks from our Education Consultants, and specialists in Education Finance, Education HR and Target Tracker as well as a keynote address from special guest speaker, Emma Breckenridge on the subject of ‘using data to improve school effectiveness’.
Emma Breckenridge has worked in primary education for over a decade. Having been a class teacher of all three end-of-key-stage year groups, Emma took on her first headship in September 2014, moving the school from ‘requires improvement’ to ‘outstanding’ in 18 months. Most recently, Emma has been the head of two outstanding primary schools and has focused on school improvement capacity.
These conferences will include representatives from all our great services along with our partners for you to meet face-to-face and find out more about how we can support your school.
Our partners, Learning by Questions, will also be joining us and will introduce their cloud-based classroom tool that reduces workload and improves the effectiveness of lessons.
