Look out for Stephen’s posts in the upcoming months looking at how grading summative assessment judgements can enhance teaching and learning in schools.

Providing evidence for a summative assessment using Levels was deceptively easy. A lesson was taught with a particular statement in mind. The work resulting from that lesson was marked. If that statement had been achieved, then it was highlighted on a spreadsheet and the judgement was used to set a Level.
