Cathryn has over 16 years’ experience in education, she is a nationally accredited school improvement consultant; affiliated with the Institute of Education and is trained as an assessor of the Basic Quality Mark. Her expertise is in English, especially the implementation of the 'Talk for Writing programme'.

Louise Colledge is an education adviser for Teaching and Learning at EES for Schools. In previous roles, Louise has experience of working in primary schools as a subject leader, senior teacher and member of the senior leadership team, specialising in mathematics, including numicon, and vast experience in supporting teachers across the field.
